How long does shipping take?
Once your order is received, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking information confirming your order has shipped. Current shipping timeframes are 5-7 business days for international and domestic orders via UPS Ground Shipping or DHL Express. The current shipping timeframe for all EU and UK orders is 4-6 business days via DHL Express.
During seasons and drops, shipping timeframes may be subject to change. Please refer to the shipping timeframes quoted at the checkout for shipping to your destination. Please note we are unable to ship to PO box addresses. We process and deliver orders Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday and Sunday deliveries are subject to carrier availability.

Can I cancel or edit my order?
Once an order is submitted, it cannot be changed or canceled. As we work to fulfill all orders within a timely manner our warehouse begins working on your order shortly after it is submitted as such we are unable to make any modifications or cancellations. Should you wish to return your order please see our returns information for detailed instructions and confirmation of our return policy.
Aimé Leon Dore cannot be held liable for reimbursement due to change of mind purchases or the submission of incorrect shipping details when placing your order. Please ensure you review all shipping details and order details before submitting your order.
Can I combine two orders into one shipment?
Once orders are placed, they begin processing immediately. As such we cannot combine orders.
Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded if two separate orders are made subsequently.
What if my order is lost?
If your tracking information confirms delivery and you have not received your order, we suggest waiting 48 hours as couriers at times may deliver after the tracking is updated.
If you still have not received your order after this window has passed please reach out to our team to begin an investigation. We will work with the courier to investigate and determine the orders whereabouts, please note investigations can take around two and half weeks before resolving.
I received a damaged / incorrect item. What do I do?

If you've received a damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and the defect.
Incorrect Items
If you've received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product that you received in its original packaging.
